21 new stamps regarding black heritage. Nicely framed in a plastic cover; on the back there’s sticker that says  “Celebrating Agents of American Civic and Social Change, 164 of 500.”

Some clear tape on edges and corners to hold the plastic front cover to the back cardboard piece. As pictured; it just needs to be placed in a nice wood frame.
