Fair condition, green hardcover with no dust jacket.  On the spine of the book it should be noted that the title is labeled as The Alleged Haunting of B――― House.  The cover has scuffs, stains, adhesive residue, fading, and crushed and frayed corners.  The edges of most of the pages have some fraying.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains, ex-library stamps, and an ex-library sticker.  The front inside cover and front flyleaf have writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Throughout the book, in several places where the name of the house has most of the letters replaced with an underline, the missing letters have been written down in pen, possibly by a previous owner……………………..v1 Bx871
