Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The covers are warped, have some tears, tape, fraying, scuffing, some stains, and bent corners.  The internal binding has some tears.  The front inside cover has bubbling, a large sticker, and some writing in pen.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The edges of some pages have small tears, or small pieces torn off.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have small stains, but the text throughout are clear and legible.
