Fair condition, gray hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, stains, tears, pieces torn off, peeling, slightly bent corners, and fraying.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing some pages to be partially detached from it.  The pages throughout have stains.  The front inside cover and front flyleaf have writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.
