Fair condition, very thick, 3/4 leather book.  The cover has some stains, peeling, a tear on the top edge (causing a piece of the spine to be partially detached), discoloration, some scratches, and fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is torn, causing some of the pages to be partially detached from the binding.  The front inside cover has a large sticker.  The title page has writing in pencil.  The edges of some pages have small tears.
