Fair condition, brown softcover.  The cover has tears, creases, scuffing, pieces torn off, stains, and wrinkling.  The internal binding has some tears, and is slightly loose, and the staples in the binding have rusted a bit, causing them to leave some stains on the pages.  The front flyleaf has an ink stamp, writing in pencil, and eraser marks.  Some pages have creases or small tears.
