This is a single page real letter; signed by H. Nathaniel (secretary) and D. H. Oliver (president) of the Negro Non Partison Club in Salt Lake City. Writing on the letter dates it at Sept 30, 1938.

The letter sites “disloyalty to the Negro in this State” and of those who “seek to throttle the Black man in Utah with increasing jimcrowism, segregation and discrimination.”
