Fair condition, large, brown softcover with a tape binding.  The cover has fading, creasing, tears, creasing, small stains, heavy scuffing, eraser marks, pencil writing, and some tearing from where a large sticker was removed.  The spine edge of the tape binding has been torn off, and the edges of the tape binding that remain have some fraying.  The inside front cover has a large, ex-library sticker.  The title page has writing in pencil.  Some pages have creased corners.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
