Fair condition, thin, tan hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, bent corners, and some scuffing.  The front inside cover has ink smudges.  The front flyleaf has a signature and inscription written by the author in ink!  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Some pages have tearing or tiny pieces torn off the edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
