Fair-good condition, Very tiny, thin, oblong, off-white softcover with a white comb binding, and a mylar front cover.  The front mylar cover, and the back cover have several patches of adhesive residue, and the title page has a smaller patch of it at the edge.  The back of the title page has some minor writing in pencil.  The edges of the pages have some yellowing, and the backs of some pages have faint stains.  The text and illustrations throughout are clean clear, and legible.
