Fair-good condition, thin, dark blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has pale scuff marks on the spine.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by LDS author, Nicholas G. Morgan in pen!  The front flyleaf also has some writing in pencil, and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
