Fair-good condition, large, maroon hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has fading, scuff marks, and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is slightly loose.  The flyleaves have some scratches and scuffs.  One of the pages had been torn from the binding, and has small tears along the edges, but is still included with the book.  There are signatures and notes written to the original owner in pen.  The title page has some stains and some writing in pencil.
