Dark brown hardcover with major shelf wear on both covers and the spine. Tears, scuffs, and scratches on both covers. The spine is beginning to fall apart, revealing the pages beneath. The front cover is beginning to fall off the rest of the text. In fair condition. Some pencil markings on the flyleaf, but otherwise the text throughout is clean, clear, and legible. Some tears and water stains on the sides of the pages.
