Fair-good condition, thick, black hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuff marks, some slightly crushed corners, and a large patch of adhesive residue on the spine from an ex-library sticker that had been removed.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The edges of some dark scuff marks.  The back inside cover has scuff marks, some writing in pencil, and eraser marks.  The back flyleaf has an ex-library sticker, and ex-library catalog card pouch, writing in pencil, eraser marks, and some pen marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
