Fair condition, thin, staple-bound, tan pamphlet.  The pamphlet’s cover has scuff marks, some minor stains, some fraying along the edges and corners, a small hole, and a large crease down the center of the front cover.  Some pages have minor stains, pencil marks, ink marks,  and some have a small hole.  The previous owner wrote several personal notes throughout and has included a map leading to their home……………………………………………..v702 Bx843
