Fair condition, burgundy hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has several small stains, scuffs, scratches, and bubbling, with some tearing at the edges of the spine, and fraying at the now bent corners.  Some of the pages throughout have minor stains in the margins.  The internal binding is slightly torn.  The inside front cover has the remains of an old sticker.  The first few pages have embossed stamps.  Some pages have tears along the edges.  The second flyleaf has writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The included map before the the title page has several tears, but is still partially attached to the binding.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible…………….v1 Case G7
