Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has some tears, fraying, some small pieces torn off, and some faint stains.  The internal binding is torn and slightly loose.  There are stains throughout the book (with the largest on the inside covers.  There is an insert map between the title page and the page just before it, and said map is heavily wrinkled, creased, also has stains, some tears, and a piece torn off of the bottom.
