Fair condition, off-white, staple-bound softcover.  The cover has discoloration, some scuff marks, some minor stains, some small tears at the corners, pen marks, and some minor wear and creasing at the edges and corners.  The back of the cover, and the title page have some ink bleeding.  The title page has some writing in pencil and eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
