Good condition, brown hardcover with a mylar cover.  The cove rhas fading, scuff marks, and some wear at the corners.  The flyleaf has a signature and inscription from the author written in pen, and a large sticker that also has the signature of the author written on it in pen!  The flyleaf also has an unrelated inscription in pen, and some writing in pencil.  A couple pages have notes written in pen within the margins that do not interfere with the legibility of the text.
