Fair condition, very thick, brown leather-bound book.  The cover has tape all along its edges, scuffs, scratches and tears on the spine.  These tears have been partially taped up, but the cover boards are still separated from the original binding.  The flyleaf has writing in pen and pencil, eraser marks, and some minor stains.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible……………….v1 Bx1719E
