Fair condition, dark green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, scuffing, fading, dents, crushed corners, and some small tears and fraying at the corners.  The internal binding is torn.  Some pages have small stains in the margins.  The inside covers and flyleaves have stains.  The front flyleaf, title page, and the dedication page have writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The second flyleaf has writing in pen  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
