This piece of wood, and it appears to be a single piece of wood, has no identifiable marks or markings of any kind. It appears to be a woman in a skirt with a pot on her head. African?

We have no idea where its from, who made it, how old it is, or anything else about it. We only know that it is just slightly taller than 12 inches, and we can’t see any chips or other damage to it.
