Good condition, tan hardcovers with dust jackets and mylar covers.  The dust jackets have writing in pencil, tiny stains at the edges, wrinkles, and small pieces and tiny tears torn off the edges.  The inside covers and flyleaves have writing in pen, pencil, and eraser marks.  The top edges of some pages have been dented by large paperclips, and a couple pages have minor stains at those edges.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
