Book has multiple tears and rips. Many pages protrude and rip. Front cover is bent in the upper right hand corner. Binding is ripped in multiple places. There is what looks to be pencil marks in the side of the book. Water damage is all over the inside of the book. Ink and Print is still clear and visible in the inside of the book. looks like there is a page ripped out in the front of the book. Discoloration in the back of the book.
