Good condition, leather-bound book kept within its original slip-case. The slip case has scuffing, and some small tears. The book has some residue and a tiny bit of peeling on the cover. The second page has a signature written by the author, and the numbering of the book, both written in pen! The second page also has writing in pencil, and eraser marks!
