Fair-good condition, thin softcover with a green spine.  The sheet of the front cover has some small pieces torn off, patches of white-out, scuffing, and some residue.  The cover has some fraying and small tears at the corners and edges, some stains, scuff marks, dents, and bent corners.  The front inside cover has some writing in pen.  The first title page has writing in pencil.  The second title page has signatures and inscriptions written by the author and illustrator in pen!  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
