Fair condition, hardcover with a dust jacket with a black spine, and a mylar cover.  The dust jacket has stains, scuffing, small pieces torn off the edges and corners,  and tears.  The front inside cover has writing in pen.  Some pages have stains, but they do not affect the legibility of the text or illustrations.  The front flyleaf has a signature written by the author in pen!  The front flyleaf also has writing in pencil and eraser marks.
