Fair condition, brown hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has heavy scuffing, fading, scratches, dents on the edges, bent corners, and some tears and fraying at the corners and edges.  The internal binding is torn and loose, causing some pages to be partially detached from the binding.  The pages have yellowing at the edges.  The back inside cover has a large sticker.  The second and back flyleaves have writing in pencil and eraser marks.  The edges of some pages have small tears or pieces torn off.  Text throughout is clean, clear, and legible.
