Fair condition, large, thin, 3/4 leather, hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has scuffing, scratches, peeling, tears, pieces torn off, fraying, and fading.  Some pages have tears, creases, wrinkling, some pieces torn off, and some stains.  The front inside cover and front flyleaf have writing in pen and pencil, and eraser marks.  The inside covers and flyleaves have ink stamps.  Pages 5-22 are loose and very worn and chipped.  Pages 23/25 is missing.
