Fair condition, thin, staple-bound, gray softcover.  The cover has some tears, pieces torn off, creases, small stains, some scuff marks, and an ink stamp.  Some pages have pieces torn off or tears on their edges, or creased corners.  The first page has writing in pencil and some eraser marks.  Text and illustrations throughout are clean, clear, and legible.
