Fair condition, thin, light gray, staple-bound softcover.  The cover has creases, a stamp, marker splotches, a long dark stain on the back, with some lighter ones also, and a long piece torn off the bottom edge of the back.  Some pages have creased corners, wrinkling, or pieces torn off the bottom edges.  The first page has writing in pencil.  Text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.
