Fair condition, thick, dark brown leather-bound book.  The front board of the cover is detached binding, and has a few pages stuck to it, which are also detached from the binding..  The covers have heavy scuffing, fading, some tears, some pieces torn off, fraying, and peeling.  The spine has tears, pieces torn off, fraying, heavy peeling, fading, and scuffing.  Some pages have stains, or wrinkling.  The front inside cover and front flyleaf have writing in pen, ink smudges, writing in pencil used for pricing, and eraser marks.
