Fair condition, blue hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has stains, heavy scuffing, tears, fraying, and bent corners.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  Some pages have stains.  The front flyleaf has writing in pencil, eraser marks, and a long crease.  The title page and first page have been torn out and are missing.  Pgs. 13-14 have a large piece torn off, which is missing.
