“Grand Lodge Assessment No. 14 – Nicollet Lodge No. 16 – A. O. U. W. Minneapolis, Minn., Sept 5, 1892 – Dear Sir and Bro.: You are hereby notified of the following deaths:….”

It then gives the names of three men, M. R. Bywater, M. F. McCann, and Bradley Rodgers, who all died in Minnesota, of heart failure, railroad incident and bullet wound respectively. Their deaths were in June and July of 1892. Signed by J. H. Overlock.
