Fair condition, dark green hardcover with no dust jacket.  The cover has a large piece of the spine torn off causing only the Elocution part of the title to be visible.  The cover also has some additional pieces torn off, tears, fraying, scuffing, fading, bubbling, and bent corners.  The internal binding is torn and loose.  Some pages have stains or small tears, but the text and illustrations throughout are clear and legible.  The front inside cover also has an ink stamp.  The flyleaves have writing in pen, pencil and eraser marks.
